The Harvard University Club of Houston and the HBS Club will hold a special evening event to include dinner in the 94/95 Championship Room at Toyota Center at 6 p.m., followed by the Rockets' game at 7:05 (lower level seats), then a Meet & Greet immediately after the game with #7, Jeremy Lin, on the basketball court! The ticket price includes everything: the reception/dinner, the game and the special meet & greet with Jeremy Lin after the game.
TICKET DISTRIBUTION
Tickets will be distributed to registrants at the Harvard check-in table the day of the event from 5:15 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. The Harvard check-in table will be located at the Team Shop entrance on Polk Street near Labranch (this is to the left of the main entrance of the Toyota Center). Once you enter through the Team Shop glass doors, you will immediately see the Harvard Check-in table. The check-in table closes at 6:30 p.m. Anyone arriving after 6:30 can go to the Will Call window with ID to pick up ticket(s) and the 94/95 Lin passes.
ARRIVING after 6:30 to the EVENT
The Harvard Check-in table will only be open until 6:30 p.m. If you are unable to arrive before 6:30 p.m., go directly to the Will Call window with photo ID to pick up your game ticket(s) and the passes for the 94/95 & the Meet & Great on the court.
The Will Call window is located on Labranch Street (if you are looking at the main entrance to the Toyota Center, Will Call window is located on the right side.) Note: if you arrive before 6:45, you should still have time to come over to the 94/95 reception room before heading to the nearby seats. If you arrive closer to 7, go directly to the seats (most seats will be in sections 114 & 115 but you need to look at your tickets to confirm the seat section.)
PARKING
There are several parking lots around the Toyota Center facility. The two parking lots directly across from the Team Shop entrance of the Toyota Center on Labranch are recommended if you arrive in time for the dinner in the 94/95 room (these garages are not part of the Toyota Center facility, but they are nearest to the Team Shop Entrance and to the 94/95 room.)
You may also park in the Toyota Tundra Garage, but if arriving for dinner, remember that you will have to walk outside and around to the Team Shop entrance to check-in (You will not be able to enter through the skywalk from the Tundra Garage without a ticket - and you'll either get your ticket before 6:30 pm at the Harvard check-in table at the Team Shop entrance, or you will get your ticket at Will Call window if arriving after 6:30 pm).
This event is not open to the general public. It is only open to those with a Harvard affiliation and their guests. The Harvard University Club of Houston reserves the right to refuse admittance to any persons who are found not to have a Harvard affiliation (or be a guest of someone with a Harvard affiliation), and their money will be refunded.
